Conduct and Harassment Policy

Northwest Fan Fest strives to be a fun, inclusive experience for everyone. We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion.

Please take care to avoid the following: offensive verbal comments (including those related to race, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance or body size), deliberate intimidation, threats, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Please refrain from the use of social media to target, harass or threaten individuals or groups in the context of a NWFF event.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, NWFF organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from NWFF with no refund. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a NWFF staff member or volunteer immediately.

Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security, local law enforcement, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.

The NWFF Conduct and Harassment Policy applies equally to all convention attendees, staff, volunteers, speakers and vendors without exception.

Thank you for helping make Northwest Fan Fest a fun and safe experience.

Please Note: Attendees banned at Northwest Fan Fest may be denied entry by other events affiliated with Northwest Fan Fest, and their information may be shared with other local organizers at our discretion.
